These terms govern your use of Holostash (“we”, “us”), a free, non-commercial Pokémon Trading Card Game collection tracker. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Independent Fan Project

Holostash is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc. Pokémon names, characters, card images and artwork are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Holostash. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the information you add to Holostash. We use it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Card Data and Prices

Card information and market prices are provided by a third party for informational purposes only. Prices are estimates, may be incomplete or out of date, and do not constitute financial advice or an offer to buy or sell.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to access other users' accounts or data, circumvent security measures, scrape or overload the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Holostash is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including reliance on its price information.
